Return Policy

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@qinac.com and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for your purchase.

• We will exchange your purchase for another item available at Qinac.com within 30 days of purchase. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• On-sale items are not refundable or returnable.
• Custom-made orders are not refundable or returnable.
• Your return will be processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt.
• If you return items purchased using the free shipping, and your order drops below the threshold, then you may be charged a shipping fee up to $4.00 if your order was shipped free of charge.
